Current booking rules for our daylight studio with tile high gloss floors, big windows, an exquisite wooden queen bed- no adult content allowed- You and your team members agree to be respectful and courteous to others and to the front desk members while being in the studio.- Only 10 people are included in the studio rental, we charge $5 per person over the first 10 - You agree to ensure all of your crew members including yourself are practice social distancing at all times while in the common areas and when interacting to our team members. Failure to comply with this rule may result in canceling your booking without a refund and in escorting you and your team from the premises.- You agree that you are personally responsible for your safety and actions while being at the studios. Your crew and you agree to comply with all CDC guidelines and protocols. - Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests. - You and your team members waive any liability from the studios.- Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up, so please factor it in your booking hours. - No smoking or alcohol. At least $500 fine will be billed for each occurrence.- Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed.- Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds).- Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc) are to be approved in advance with a refundable deposit.- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be approved in advance.- Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.- For freight elevator access and hours, please inquire.- Seamless backdrop rolls are available at $59.99 + tax or $5/linear foot from the edge till where we have to cut off the damage.All renters must sign our rental contract to book.
